Warranty Coverage

DENIZ surgical hand instruments are guaranteed for 5 (five) years to be free of:

• Workmanship defects
• Defects in materials
• Corrosion

Any DENIZ instrument that is defective will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.

What Is Not Covered

Instruments not properly cared for, used for unintended purposes, or used beyond their designed capacity will not be covered under this guarantee. Our liability under this guarantee is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective merchandise.

Our responsibility will continue until unlimited user satisfaction of the health professionals we serve is achieved.
