DENIZ Surgical Instruments are guarantee to be free of
workmanship
defects in materials
corrosion
for 5 (FIVE) years.

Any DENIZ instrument that is defective will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.

Instruments not properly cared for, used for unintended purposes, or beyond their designed capacity
will not be covered under this guarantee. Our liability under this guarantee is limited to the repair
or replacement of the defective merchandise.

Our responsibility will continue until
unlimited user satisfaction of the Health Professionals we serve is achieved.
