Warranty and Repair Policy
Deniz brand surgical instruments are guaranteed against workmanship defects, material faults, and rust for 5 (FIVE) years. In case any Deniz Brand product malfunctions, it will be repaired under our warranty or replaced with a new one. Instruments that have been used improperly, not maintained properly, or forced beyond their designed capacity will not be covered under this warranty. Our responsibility is limited to repairing the defective product or replacing it with a new one.
As Deniz, we have a repair and maintenance team within our factory, and it is possible to restore your used instruments to a like-new condition after maintenance and repair.
