What We Manufacture

Our production is built on surgical hand instruments. We make instrument groups and ready sets for twelve specialties, from general surgery to eye surgery, from orthopedics to ENT. Alongside these, our catalogs hold narrower product ranges such as sterilisation baskets, bimanual aspiration irrigation handles, mammaplasty lighted retractors and cervical micro discectomy instruments.

Quality and Certification

Our production processes are run under the ISO 13485:2016 medical device quality management system and ISO 9001:2015. Handling of customer feedback falls under ISO 10002:2018. All our certificates, including the industry registry and local goods certificates, can be reviewed on the Our Certificates page.

Warranty and After Sales

The surgical hand instruments we produce carry a five year warranty against workmanship defects, material faults and corrosion. A defective product is repaired or replaced under our warranty. The guidelines we have prepared for instrument care, sterilisation and common problems are in the Support section.

Partnerships

Besides producing under our own brand, we also manufacture under our customers' brands. Within OEM work, brand name, catalog number and lot data can be laser marked on the instrument body, and a barcode or 2D data matrix code applied on request.
